There are more than 1.8 billion youths in the world at present (according to UN – 2019 July report). 90% of youths live in developing countries. Over 40 crores youths live in armed conflict suffering countries. Today, the younger generation faces many challenges. 1 out of every 5 youths is not having employment, education or training. Millions of minor girls are becoming mothers. Mental health problems are increasing.

Amidst all these things, in this era of global pandemic, in view of all the problems related to employment and health, millions of youths who are associated with the Brahma Kumaris are constantly thinking and striving for world peace.

“Youth for Global Peace” project for 2021 has been created by Prajapita Brahma Kumari’s Youth Wing. The main objectives of this project are:

To enable the youth physically, mentally, socially, spiritually in current challenges.

To harness the capabilities inherent in youth and use them to overcome the problems prevailing in the world.

To unite the positive youth and engage them in social services.

To provide a platform where youth not only provide solutions but also become part of the solution.
